The Pediatric Orthopedic Center is the premier NJ hub for pediatric orthopedics, with three offices throughout northern NJ. Having been the leader in pediatric orthopedics in this area for over 25 years, we are the largest and most award-winning pediatric orthopedic practice in the tri-state area.
Our facilities are proud to boast eight pediatric orthopedists and a pediatric foot and ankle specialist, all of whom have been board certified and/or fellowship trained at nationally and internationally renowned programs, as well as a pediatric orthopedic trained physician assistant.
We are the ONLY orthopedic urgent care center in the state to provide a fully staffed pediatric orthopedic team of specialists. You can avoid the hassle of emergency room waits and charges, only to then be referred to an orthopedist. A pediatric fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon will personally evaluate you, so you can feel comfortable that you are getting an accurate exam and diagnosis. And by skipping the emergency room or general urgent care, you will be starting your treatment as well as your recovery earlier.
The Pediatric Orthopedic Center is proud to be the only private pediatric orthopedic practice in northern New Jersey to offer EOS imaging technology. The EOS Imaging System uses low-dose radiation and can quickly capture both 2D and 3D images, eliminating the need for multiple exposures to much higher doses of radiation. The EOS Imaging System allows us to diagnose, make informed clinical decisions, and develop personalized treatment plans for our pediatric patients.

Be aware of travel issues and delays. Be mindful of any driving conditions, road construction detours and parking requirements to ensure you arrive for your appointment on time.
