I would like to share our experience with this team, especially with Dr. Mark Rieger and Mr Nuzzo. Thank you very much for helping my daughter see the world differently. Both the preparation and the surgery itself went perfectly Nov 12th 2025 Yes, we were concerned about the fact that they no longer work with insurance companies (out of network only), and there were certain risks involved. However, a special thanks goes to Linda — she was always available and supportive throughout the entire process. In the end, the total cost was exactly as they had promised. I truly wish you to continue helping children. What you are doing is something very kind and meaningful. My daughter is going to school for the first time, and she is entering this new chapter with completely new feelings and confidence.

We recently visited the urgent care center because one of my teen boys injured himself during basketball and was complaining about severe back pain. We saw Dr Alexandra D'Agostini who is excellent. She was patient and spent a lot of time trying to understand what was happening with my son. We were very happy to learn that she had a minimally evasive approach to treating pain and we left very satisfied. Highly recommend this place for all your children’s bone related issues.

Dr. D’Agonstini was incredible. We visit Dr. D’Agostini for our son, who was experiencing some acute pain. It was very clear from the first conversation that she was extremely knowledgeable and provided context and insights to help us understand what could potentially be going on and implications of each. In treating our son, her follow up and help coordinating with various medical groups was also incredibly helpful. It was apparent she truly cared and stayed in touch through every step of the process, not just what she was directly responsible for - which is often where questions come up and her guidance not only helped inform decisions, it put our minds as much at ease through a difficulty process. Can’t recommend her more!

Verify the date and time of your appointment. You may be required to complete new patient paperwork or provide personal information prior to being seen by your doctor. Please arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Confirm the address and location of your appointment. The Pediatric Orthopedic Center has four convenient locations in New Jersey. Confirm with the front desk staff the office location for your visit.

Be aware of travel issues and delays. Be mindful of any driving conditions, road construction detours and parking requirements to ensure you arrive for your appointment on time.
