The entire staff deserves recognition for creating such a thoughtful and patient-oriented experience. Even the check-in process is designed with patients’ privacy in mind, which we really appreciated. The forms are simple, concise, and focused on meaningful information rather than burdening families with pages of unnecessary details. From check-in through the insurance process, everything felt well thought out, respectful, and efficient. Most impressively, we completed the entire visit—from check-in through evaluation and casting—in under an hour, without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into designing the experience around patients and their families, not just the administrative process. Nurse Gloria was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond while putting on my daughter’s cast. She kept her smiling, laughing, and engaged throughout the process, making her so comfortable that she almost forgot about the pain. Watching our daughter laugh during what could have been a scary experience meant so much to us as parents. Gloria’s warmth and compassion made a huge difference. Dr. Anna Katsman was exceptional in treating my daughter’s buckle wrist fracture. She carefully reviewed the urgent care diagnosis and existing X-rays, performed her own thorough evaluation, and confidently moved forward with treatment without subjecting my daughter to unnecessary additional X-rays. Her expertise and thoughtful judgment saved us significant time, unnecessary expense, and another round of X-rays. We truly appreciated how efficient and reassuring she was throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

The entire staff at the Pediatric Orthopedic Center at Cedar Knolls was equally wonderful—responsive, patient, and extremely helpful in handling all the complications and back-and-forth that come with health insurance today. Navigating healthcare and insurance can easily become overwhelming and unnecessarily expensive, and having a team that helps families through the process can save both time and money. We are extremely grateful for the excellent care and support we received from the entire team. Highly recommend!

At first coming to Dr. Rieger I didn’t know what to expect but soon as he walked through the door , I knew that he would be the right doctor for us. He excels at making kids and teens comfortable with his lighthearted jokes and sarcasm. He makes such serious topics a lot less scary due to the trust that he builds with his patients . My daughter went into her spinal fusion with little to no concerns because she believed in Dr. Rieger and his belief that everything would go well. My daughters scoliosis has improved since the surgery , and I would recommend everyone to him. He truly is a delight and cares for the patients comfort and health at all times.

Update: We came again because my son broke his wrist. We saw Dr. Strassberg who is knowledgeable and was kind and understanding with my son. Nurse Gloria was really nice and a pro with putting on the cast! Every time we have a fracture, we come to Pediatric Orthopedics and I recommend it! ----------------------- Jaime is a kind and upbeat professional. She was glad to answer all our questions. I was happy to have her treat my daughter’s fracture today.

We have been bringing our children to this practice for 10+ years and have been thrilled with everyone from the front desk to the doctors ever since. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our kids the same way, this is truly a 5-star practice!

Dr. Rieger And all his office staff were amazing. The doctor himself was direct in diagnosis, as well as able to answer all of my questions. He was kind, patient. and fun loving with my 10-year-old son which helped immensely with his anxiety of being in the office that day. I cannot recommend this doctor’s office enough! Backstory – my son had a football injury, coupled with a potential scoliosis diagnosis, so we needed someone that understood sports medicine, spinal injury, scoliosis, and would be a no fluff plan of action doctor. Dr. Rieger checked off every single one of those boxes.

Front office staff is efficient. Office is clean. Dr. Solomon is knowledgeable, clear when explaining, detailed, and generous with his time.

Great doctor, great staff, all questions i asked were answered and explained very clearly. My daughter felt very comfortable with all the staff .

Had to bring my son for an injured elbow. Dr. Lin explained the injury, how long it may take to heal, and stretches/exercises to help get his elbow moving and flexible again. Took his time with my son and I to explain everything. Highly recommended!
