Celebrating 30 Years of Exceptional Pediatric Orthopedic Care

For three decades, The Pediatric Orthopedic Center has been New Jersey’s trusted leader in caring for young patients. From sports injuries and fractures to scoliosis and clubfoot, TPOC combines innovative, minimally invasive treatments with personalized care to help children and teens thrive.

Dr. Mark Rieger

Founded in 1994 by Dr. Mark Rieger, TPOC has grown to three locations, a team of specialized providers, and advanced technologies like low-dose EOSedge Imaging and cutting-edge surgical techniques. Generations of families have trusted TPOC for expert care, from infancy through adolescence.

Our commitment to cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments and advanced technology sets us apart from other practices.

TPOC was the first private practice in New Jersey to adopt low-dose EOSedge Imaging, prioritizing safety with a fraction of traditional X-ray radiation. We also lead the way with groundbreaking techniques like the BEAR™ procedure for ACL repair and FIREFLY™ spinal surgery, ensuring faster recovery and better patient outcomes.

Over the years, countless families have expressed gratitude for the life-changing care they’ve received.

Whether a newborn is treated for clubfoot or a teenager recovers from a sports injury, TPOC remains dedicated to helping young patients return to what they love most—quickly and safely.

As we look to the future, our commitment remains the same: delivering world-class care and helping patients safely return to what they love.
